ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
A) Geological
survey of India, Ministry Of Mines:-
AGE : Not below 21
years and not above 32 years as on 01.08.2014
QUALIFICATION :
a)
For
Geophysicists Gr 'A' in Geological Survey of India : Master’s Degree in Geological
Science or Geology or Applied Geology or Geo-Exploration or Mineral Exploration
or Engineering Geology or Marine Geology or Earth Science and Resource
Management from a recognized University.
b)
For
Geophysicists Gr 'A' in Geological Survey of India : M.Sc. in Physics or
Applied Physics or M.Sc. (Geophysics) or Integrated M.Sc. (Exploration Geophysics)
or M.Sc (Applied Geophysics) or M.Sc. (Marine Geophysics) or M.Sc. (Tech.)
(Applied Geophysics) from a recognized University
c)
For Chemists Gr
'A' in Geological Survey of India : M. Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or
Analytical Chemistry from a recognized University.
B) Central
Ground Water Board, Ministry Of Water Resources::-
AGE : Not below 21
years and not above 35 years as on 01.08.2014
QUALIFICATION :
a)
Master’s Degree
in Geology or Applied Geology or Marine Geology from a recognized University.
b)
Master’s Degree
in Hydrology from a recognized University.
FEES :
Rs. 200/- for General or OBC Candidates from any branch of State Bank or any Visa/Debit Card.
No fee for SC/ST/PWD & Female Candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE :
Selection will be made on the basis of Written
test followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test.
The candidates found successful in the Interview have to undergo Medical
Examination.

After entered data When the data is saved, provisional
registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed
on the screen. Candidate should note down the provisional registration number
and password. Once the application is filled completely, candidate should submit
the data and pay fees to complete the registration process.
3.
Candidates
have the option of making payment of requisite fee either through the ONLINE
mode or OFFLINE mode.
