COMEDK UGET 2014 Online Application Form 

COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka) released application for seeking admission in Undergraduate program. COMEDK organised a common Entrance exam for admission in Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges.

COMEDK Entrance exam application forms are released and candidates who want to applying for admission in engineering's, Medical and Dental colleges of karnataka can apply now. There are 14 Medical, 22 Dental & more than 150 Engineering colleges.

Eligibility Criteria :

MBBS / BDS :
Education Qualification :
10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, recognized by State / Central Government with 50% of marks taken together in PCB (40% in the case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in 2012 or 2013. 10+2 study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject.

AGE :
Complete 17 years on or before 31/12/2014 of the year of admission to the MBBS/BDS course.

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) :
Education Qualification : 
10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination, recognized by State / Central Government with 45% of marks taken together in PCB (40% in the case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in 2012 or 2013. 10+2 study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) with English as a compulsory subject.

Fees:
DD Rs.1200/-(PCB Or PCM) and Rs 1500/- (PCMB). DD drawn from a Nationalized Bank in favor "COMDEK" Payable at Bangalore.

APPLICATION FORM:
Application form may be filled online through COMDEK website http://www.comedk.org/index.aspx . Application fee paid in form of Demand Draft. Candidates can apply Online at http://www.comedk.org/index.aspx or directly clicking on http://www.comedk.org/UGET/UG_ApplicationForm.aspx . It is mandatory that all the Original relevant documents (Including Original Mark sheet, Migration certificate (etc) should be submitted to admissions office for verification.

EXAMINATION PATTERN :

• Questions in Entrance exam will be of objective type with multiple choice.
• There will be three parts in Question paper Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics for B.E.
• There will be two papers for Medical and Dental Candidates. One Paper Physics and Chemistry as one paper for two hours duration besides Biology and English as another paper for two hours
• For Medical/Dental and Engineering courses (Both) : Physics, Chemistry and
  Mathematics as one paper for three hours duration besides Biology and English as another paper for two hours
• No Negative Mark for wrong question.

HOW TO APPLY: 

• For ONLINE submission Applicants are required for apply online log on to http://www.comedk.org/index.aspx# and click on Online Application.
• Read All Instruction carefully and click on  I AGREE.
• Applicants are required to fill all detail in the form and submit form.
• All candidates will be allotted by a system generated Application no (6 digits number). This should be kept for further reference.
• After the submission of online form take a print out of application form and online study certificated and attested by Institute Head.

Encloses Document Sent with Application Form

1. Demand Draft
2. Printed Online Application Form
3. Attested Online study certificate is a system generated certificate which will be printed along with Application form.
4. Photocopy of class 10th Marksheet or certifiacte
5. Attested photocopy of caste certificate

The completed Application Form has to reach COMEDK office by speed post or courier on or before Saturday the 12th April 2014 (before 5:00 PM) to the following address.
