Navodaya  Vidhyalaya Smaiti (NVS) recruit Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) and Trained Graduate Teachers(TGT) in Jhalawar Navodaya.

NVS is a self-governing organization under Ministry of human resource Department, Department of School Education and Literacy Government of India. Navodaya Vidhayalaya samiti filling up post on Direct Recruitment Basis. There are Tentative 514 posts for PGTs and 423 posts for TGTs in all Categories Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are co-educational, fully residential schools up to Senior Secondary level and are located mainly in rural areas.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

A) PGTs:-

Pay Scale : Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs 4800/-

AGE  : Upper Age Limit 40 Years as on 31.01.2014

QUALIFICATION :

a) Essential Qualification:

• Two Years Post Graduate M.Sc. Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.                                                                                                                     OR

         Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

• B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English languages.

b) Desired Qualification :

• Knowledge of Computer application.
• Experience as TGT in recognized institution.

B) TGTs:- 

Pay Scale : Rs 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs 4600/- 

AGE  : Upper Age Limit 35 Years as on 31.01.2014

QUALIFICATION :

a) Essential Qualification:

• Four Years degree Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and concerned subject.

                                                               OR

        Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate and concerned subject.

• B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English languages.
• Passed CTET (Central Teachers Eligibility Test) conducted by CBSE.

b) Desired Qualification :

• Knowledge of Computer application.
• Experience of working in residential school.

FEES : 
 General and OBC Candidate's : Rs 560/-
 No fee for SC/ST/PH and Woman Candidates.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

• Candidate will be selected through Written exam and based on the performance in written test , the candidates will be called for Interview. The written exam will be conduct in 22 cities.
• The written test will consist common paper for both PGTs and TGTs. Common paper will consist of objective type multiple choice question on General English (20),General Hindi(20) ,General Awareness(30),General Intelligence, Numerical Apptitude (20) and Concerned Subject(80).
• There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

1. Candidates should have a valid email-id.
2. Candidates should have a scanned color photograph and signature.

4. Candidate fill complete detail in online application form and upload photograph and signature at the appropriate places.
5. After the successful submission of application form system will generate a Login Id and Password.
6. Take a print out of of FEES PAYMENT CHALLAN and deposit fees in Any Branch Of UNION BANK OF INDIA.
7. Re-Visit the web-Site and Login with your Login-Id and Password and complete fees details.
